Notification of a problem

In the unlikely event you have a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you feel the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective in any way, clearly explain the problem in the comments section on the left and submit an email to us.  Upon receiving your email, we will reply with a problem confirmation email. When you receive the problem confirmation email, take a picture of the item and attach it to your reply.

*An example of a misprinted/damaged/defective item may be a printing flaw, out of focus, color bleed or the wrong design from the one you purchased

After careful review claims deemed an error on our part, Philly Town T-Shirt will send you a store credit coupon for a new purchase. We do not issue refunds.

All notifications of a problem or issues must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
