Philly Town T-Shirt Co. products are custom made, made to order, Direct to Garment (DTG) printed items, which are non-returnable. Therefore, we have a “No Return Policy” and do not accept returns or exchanges. We provide our customers with numerous, style, color and size options and feature mock-up photos, detailed manufactures' specks and sizing charts on every item page. Please refer to this information before you make your final purchase choice.

If you feel the product is misprinted/damaged/defective in any way, take a picture of the item and email it to us, clearly explain the misprinted/damaged/defective you have with your purchase.
*An example of a misprinted/damaged/defective item may be a printing flaw, out of focus, color bleed or the wrong design from the one you purchased.
After careful review, claims deemed an error on our part, Philly Town T-Shirt will send you a store credit coupon for a new purchase. We do not issue refunds.
All notifications of a problem or issues must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
